CREAM CHEESE & COCONUT CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Blend together as for pie crust, pat out in bottom of 9"x13"x2" Pyrex pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool before making the following.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Blend together and spread over cold crust.

TOP LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant lemon pudding & pie filling
4 c. milk

When it is a soft pudding spread over the cheese filling and cover with 1 can Angel Flake Coconut.
