GLAZED HAM BALLS 
2 c. ground ham
1 c. ground pork or beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk

GLAZE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix slightly beaten egg and milk. Add to meat and bread crumbs that have been thoroughly mixed. Mix well.

Make meatballs using 1/4 cup each. Place in casserole that has been slightly greased.

Make glaze by mixing all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat on stove until dissolved. Drizzle over meatballs. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 325 degrees.

If home, baste in 1/2 hour.
