MEXICAN SALSA | |
1 (10 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 1 (9 oz.) can whole tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can green chili peppers, chopped 1 bunch green onions Cilantro (optional) Garlic salt Oregano Worcestershire sauce Dried red peppers Chop or blend tomatoes and onions and mix together. Add garlic salt and red peppers to taste. Add a dash or two of oregano, four dashes of Worcestershire sauce and cilantro to taste. Salsa gets hotter as it sits so keep this in mind when adding red peppers. |
