BACK TO NATURE POCKET 
Middle East bread
Thousand Island dressing
8 oz. alfalfa sprouts
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 med. avocados, sliced
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, Provolone or Jack cheese, sliced

Slice bread crosswise, spread sauce or dressing on both halves, layer ingredients, starting at one side, building to the other side. Makes 10 (1/2 pocket) sandwiches.
