MOZZARELLA MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. tomato sauce (1/3 c. in meat loaf)

Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Roll out flat and place cheese on meat. Roll up like jelly roll. Seal up ends so cheese won't run out. Place in pan and pour 1/3 cup tomato sauce on top. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. After 1 hour, pour the remaining 1/3 cup tomato sauce on top and bake 15 more minutes.
