CHICKEN AND BISCUITS 
10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas
1/2 c. sour cream
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Jiffy or Bisquick baking mix
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Thaw peas, heat peas, chicken soup, chicken, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper just to boiling stirring frequently. Set aside. Mix baking mix and water. Beat vigorously. Smooth dough into ball. Knead 5 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick and cut biscuits. Pour chicken mixture into ungreased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Place biscuits on cheese. Bake uncovered until biscuits are golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serves 4-5.
