CHILI SAUCE 
1 peck of red tomatoes, peeled
6 lg. green bell peppers
3 to 4 hot peppers
8 to 10 onions, diced
4 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. celery seed
6 tbsp. sugar
3 c. cider (dark) vinegar

Mix tomatoes, peppers, and onions well. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 hours or until thickens. Seal, boiling hot, in sterilized jars.

To make hotter chili sauce, add more hot pepper or black pepper.
