CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. black raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. raw cranberries, ground
1 lg. orange, ground
1 lg. apple, diced
1 c. celery
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Grind cranberries and orange, add sugar. Dissolve Jello in water and cool. Add other ingredients and fold in well. Chill until firm.
