FRENCH ONION SOUP 
5 med. onions, sliced
2 lb. butter
4 c. beef consomme
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Option: 1/4 c. cornstarch, thinned
4 slices French bread, toasted
4 thin slices of Mozzarella

Cook onions in butter over low heat. Add consomme and Worcestershire. Cook for 30 minutes after a full boil, reduce heat. Last 3 minutes full boil. Add cornstarch when thick, put in bowls. Add bread and cheese. Microwave until cheese melts. Enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
