FRENCH ONION SOUP | |
5 med. onions, sliced 2 lb. butter 4 c. beef consomme 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Option: 1/4 c. cornstarch, thinned 4 slices French bread, toasted 4 thin slices of Mozzarella Cook onions in butter over low heat. Add consomme and Worcestershire. Cook for 30 minutes after a full boil, reduce heat. Last 3 minutes full boil. Add cornstarch when thick, put in bowls. Add bread and cheese. Microwave until cheese melts. Enjoy! |
