Line a 12 muffin tin.

Combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Beat 50 strokes by hand with a spoon. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Take wrappers off peanut butter cups. Press peanut butter cup into batter until top of candy is even with batter. Bake.
