SWEET AND SOUR PORK OR CHICKEN 
3 lbs. pork or chicken
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/2 c. onion
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Brown meat and drain off fat. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth. Cook until thick, approximately 30 minutes. Put meat in casserole dish. Pour 1/2 sauce over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Pour in remaining sauce. Bake 30 more minutes. Delicious over rice.
