BOLOGNA SOUP 
1 ring bologna, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 onion, chopped
2 med. potatoes, diced
1 c. chopped cabbage
2 green peppers, chopped
1 c. canned tomatoes or fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
4 c. water

Cook bologna in water for 30 minutes. Add vegetables. Cook for an additional 30 minutes. Serves 6.

Made this with all fresh vegetables from my garden. I have NEVER tasted anything quite like it. This recipe should be patented. Possibly the best fresh vegetable medley on the planet.
