MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushrooms (drained)
1/2 c. green olives
1 qt. spaghetti sauce (Ragu)
2 c. cooked macaroni (1 c. uncooked)
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and add salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheese for topping. Spread in a 9x13 baking dish or pan. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be prepared in advance and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature or add to the baking time. Bake until bubbly and cheese is melted.
