GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
4 lb. boiled potatoes, diced
7 slices bacon
7 lg. eggs
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. corn starch

In a large skillet fry bacon crisp. Leave grease, add eggs and beat. Add onion, salt and pepper.

Mix together the water, sugar, vinegar and cornstarch; pour over bacon and egg mixture. Let heat. Add diced potatoes and simmer 2 hours.
