CONFETTI DRESSING 
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 green onions with tops, sliced
1/4 c. pimiento-stuffed green olives
1/2 sm. green pepper, cut in pieces
1 stalk celery, sliced

Put all of the ingredients into the blender container; blend until vegetables are finely chopped. Chill mixture. Stir the mixture before using. Spoon mixture over salad greens. Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups dressing.
