PISTACHIO BUNDT CAKE 
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup bundt cake pan. Beat all ingredients in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 4 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Top with sifted confectioners sugar and nuts, optional. Enjoy!
