LASAGNA 
1 (16 oz.) box lasagna
1 lb. hamburger
1 (24 oz.) low fat cottage cheese
1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (16 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 extra lg. Prego spaghetti sauce with meat
Onion salt
Pepper
Garlic
Chili powder

Spray large baking pan with Pam. Brown hamburger to light brown; sprinkle in onion salt, pepper, garlic, and chili powder.

In large pan add Prego sauce, 1 cup water, and a little chili powder and garlic. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Place] uncooked noodles in layer of baking pan, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 meat, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 shredded cheese, then repeat. Put 1/2 cup water in two corners only. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
