JENNY'S OWN LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. Italian sausage
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
4-6 oz. lasagna noodles (10 whole noodles)
1 (15 1/2 oz.) Prego spaghetti sauce with meat
1 3/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat slowly. Add next 5 seasonings. Drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce, simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender, drain, rinse in cold water.

Combine cottage cheese and next 3 ingredients. Place half the noodles in greased 8x14x2 inch baking dish. Spread half the cottage cheese mixture over them. Add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 to 6 servings. Total preparation and cook time, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
