CELERY SEED DRESSING 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. onion or garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Add gradually, stirring in 1 cup water, 1/4 cup wine vinegar, (I use regular and use a little more). Mix well; bring rapidly to boiling, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and becomes clear. Cool in refrigerator in covered jar. Shake well before using. Makes approximately 1 cup of dressing.
