1 tbsp. celery seed
2 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/4 tbsp. grated onion
2 2/3 c. salad oil
1 1/3 c. + 1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. paprika
2/3 c. + 1/2 tbsp. vinegar

Heat vinegar; add dry ingredients. When dry ingredients are dissolved, mix with electric mixer. Gradually add oil. Dressing will thicken. Recipe makes 1 quart. Delicious over crisp tossed salad.
