CREAMY TACOS 
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1-2 med. cans Ranch style beans
1 lg. can chili (without beans)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pt. Half and Half
Fritos
Chopped onions
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped cucumbers
Chopped black olives
Chopped lettuce
Grated cheese

Heat all ingredients (first 5) together slowly to melt the cheese. Pour over Fritos in individual bowls. If desired, sprinkle fresh vegetables and cheese over top. Serves 6-8.
