1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, including juice
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Beat cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges together. Pour into three greased 8 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Mix pineapple, pudding and Cool Whip after cake is cooled. Put between cake layers. Refrigerate.
