SPINACH BALLS | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli 2 c. herb stuffing mix 2 sm. onions, finely chopped 5 eggs, beaten 6 tsp. butter, melted 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme Cook and drain spinach. Mix ingredients well and chill 2 hours. Form into balls, using 1 tablespoon mixture for each and bake on a lightly greased sheet at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. (Can be frozen.) Makes 60 balls. Serve with hot mustard sauce. |
