EXCEPTIONAL CARAMEL SAUCE FOR
FRUIT
 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, then add brown sugar over a medium heat. Bring the brown sugar and butter to a boil, let simmer 2 minutes; stir constantly. Remove from heat and gradually beat sour cream and vanilla. Cool; keep in refrigerator. Use as sauce to serve with fresh fruit. (Tart, crisp apples are wonderful.)
