SPICY SPROUTS AND CUCUMBER SALAD | |
Serves 4. 1 1/2 lbs. fresh bean sprouts (from salad bar) 1 lb. sliced cucumber (from salad bar) 2 tsp. salt 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. rice vinegar Place bean sprouts and sliced cucumber into large bowl. Add salt, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar and mix well. Place in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving. |
