HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese. Pour into greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Bake for one hour at 325 degrees. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 15 minutes. Yield: 10-12 servings.
