MISSISSIPPI MUD 
1/2 c. cocoa
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (9 oz.) jar marshmallow creme for top

Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients (except marshmallow creme) together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While cake is still hot, spread marshmallow creme on top. Then spread frosting on after cool.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and spread over marshmallow creme.
