HAM AND EGG PIE 
4 lg. eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Beat the eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into an unbaked shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Serve hot or cold.
