ORANGE NUT BREAD 
4 1/2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir in nuts and orange peel. In small bowl beat eggs, milk, orange juice, and butter until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Check with toothpick. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack.
