SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
4 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper

Arrange shrimp in greased, shallow baking pan in one layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a skillet, saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter until brown. Transfer to a boil. Toss mushrooms with flour and stir in sour cream, 4 tablespoons butter (well softened), soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.

Pour sauce over shrimp and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
