SWISS TURKEY QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. chicken flavored instant bouillon
1 c. cream
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. each chopped green pepper and pimento
Canned French fried onions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared shell.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes until set, topping with French onions during last 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. It is good cold, too.
