BARBECUED ALL-AMERICAN PORK
CHOPS
 
6 center cut pork chops

1 c. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. apricot nectar

In medium pan, bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Baste chops on both sides. Barbecue.
