CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1 lg. pkg. broccoli spears (frozen)
1 med. pkg. whole kernel corn (frozen)
1 med. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery sup
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cut chicken into serving pieces. Add seasoning. Place chicken and diced onions in large baking dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees. Cook until golden brown.

Cook frozen corn and broccoli separately according to package directions. Remove baked chicken from oven. Spoon cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup over chicken. Add broccoli and corn. Heat casserole until hot.
