CINNAMON APPLESAUCE SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. red hot candies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. celery, chopped finely
2 c. boiling water
2 (No. 2) can applesauce
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. nuts, chopped finely

Dissolve Jello and candy in boiling water; strain to remove small pieces and candy. Stir in applesauce. Pour half of mixture in pan. Chill until firm.

Whip cream cheese with salad dressing thoroughly. Add celery and nuts over top of chilled mixture. Pour other half of Jello on top of first mixture and refrigerate.
