STROGANOFF BURGERS 
2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) sour cream
Buns

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add catsup, mustard, salt and sour cream. Mix well. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve on heated buns. Serves 12.
