PASTRY CHEESECAKE 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract or juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Unroll 1 package rolls into a 9x13 pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth. Spread on crescent rolls.

Unroll second package of rolls on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Glaze if you wish.
