ANY TYPE OF MEAT - MEATBALLS | |
2 lb. meat Lots of onion 2 eggs (or Egg Beaters) 1 + pkg. crackers Seasonings - salt, pepper & garlic Mix well then make balls any size (not too small). (Microwave a couple of minutes to get rid of some fat, then drain.) Then place in a crock pot. Pour 1 bottle BBQ sauce (I like honey type) over meatballs. Cook on medium 6 hours or high 4 hours. |
