APPLE PIE CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can apple pie filling
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and frost with frosting below.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
5 tbsp. butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix to spreading consistency. Spread over cooled cake.
