RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. lemon peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. butter

Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Slowly stir in vinegar. Add rest of ingredients. Stir over low hat until it thickens. Add a little more cornstarch if not thick enough.
