SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. ground beef (not too lean)
5 tbsp. Mortons tender quick salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 tsp. hickory salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix once a day for 3 days on 4th day work into 5 rolls. Bake on a broiler or cookie sheet with cake cooler racks in oven 150 degrees for 3 hours. Turn rolls over and bake another 3 hours. Cool; wrap in foil or plastic bags. Keep in refrigerator or freeze.
