CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices ham
1 pkg. chicken 'Shake & Bake'
Salt and pepper
Poultry seasoning (if desired)

Flatten chicken breasts. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and seasonings to taste. Top each with one slice of ham an one slice of cheese. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks, tucking ends inside. Coat chicken with 'Shake & Bake'. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with vegetable and salad.
