BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic (split in half)
2 tsp. salt
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream

Melt butter in skillet. Add onion, cook slowly. Add ground beef and garlic, stir until brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer for 10 minutes longer. Remove garlic and stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve on rice or noodles.
