ITALIAN PEPPER STEAK 
2 lb. bottom round
2 c. white wine

Marinate meat overnight in white wine. Put meat and wine in pot and brown. Reduce to simmer.

SAUCE:

1 lg. and 1 sm. can tomato sauce
Oregano
Salt
Italian herb seasoning
2 lg. green peppers, sliced
3 onions, sliced in rings
3 med. sized tomatoes
Canned mushrooms, whole

Simmer first 4 ingredients; add rest of ingredients. Pour remainder of wine and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
