ANGELIC PRIMAVERA 
1 lb. fresh angel hair pasta
2 c. low-fat milk
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 lb. pkg. frozen broccoli flowerette pieces with carrots
1 tbsp. Italian basil and oregano
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Separate pasta and place in non-stick pan. (Fresh angel-hair pasta in refrigerator section of grocery store works best. If you use boxed pasta, follow directions on box and cut milk down to 1 cup.) Pour milk over pasta and steam 10-15 minutes on medium to low heat. Add pepper.

In separate bowl microwave broccoli and carrots with small amount of water and add seasonings. Do not overcook. Pasta and veggies should be al dente.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
