CHICKEN - PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 c. chopped broccoli
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
1 tsp. salt
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
4 c. cooked macaroni wheels
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Cook and stir broccoli, onion, garlic and carrot in large skillet over medium heat until broccoli is slightly tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in chicken, salt and tomatoes, and heat about 3 minutes. Spoon about 2/3 of chicken mixture onto noodles and mix. Add remaining 1/2 of mixture to top. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Makes 5 servings.
