BREADED CAULIFLOWER 
2 c. cooked cauliflower-flowerettes (tender-crisp), cooled
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves, minced

In mixing bowl, combine cauliflower and egg, mixing well to coat cauliflower. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over cauliflower and toss to coat.

Heat butter in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic and saute until soft. Spread cauliflower in single layer and cook, turning until lightly browned on all sides.
