BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
10 slices white bread, cubed
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Line 9x13 inch pan with bread, then sprinkle bacon, cheese, and mushrooms. Beat eggs, add milk and salt. Pour over bread mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Remove 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot. Cut in 12 squares.
