STRAWBERRY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 angel food cake (either bought or home made)
1 sm. box of strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. pkg. of frozen strawberries
1 container of Cool Whip

In large 4 quart tupperware mixing bowl, dissolve Jello and boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Place angel food cake upside down in mixture. Seal, wink seal to release pressure and refrigerate, SEAL SIDE DOWN ALL DAY. Remove cake from bowl onto cake plate with strawberries on top. Serve with Cool Whip.
