BAKED CHICKEN 
8 to 10 chicken breasts or thighs
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 c. water
8 oz. French salad dressing
8 oz. apricot jam

Mix last 4 ingredients in blender or with spoon (mix well). Skin chicken and place in shallow baking dish. Pour 1/2 mixture over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 3/4 hour. Turn pieces of chicken and pour rest of mixture over chicken and bake 1/2 hour or until tender. Recipe is easy and delicious and can be cut in half.
