SPINACH CRESCENTS 
1 tbsp. slivered almonds
1 c. torn, fresh spinach, steamed
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. firmly chopped onion
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
Sesame seeds

In a covered blender, blend almonds until finely ground. Add spinach, cheese, onion and oil. Cover; blend until a paste forms, stopping and pushing mixture down as necessary.

Unroll rolls and separate into triangles. Spread each triangle with about 2 teaspoons of spinach mixture. Roll up. Place, point down, on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 13 minutes. Makes 8 rolls (4 servings). Delicious.
